When you have ALL of the system requirements (see below), close all other computer programs before testing your equipment.

Test your equipment. It may take up to one minute before you see the video and hear the audio.

Windows System Requirements

• DSL, Cable, or faster Internet connection
• 250Kbps or more of dedicated bandwidth per connection on program day
• Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer Web Browser
• Windows Media Player 9 or Higher
• 16-bit sound card
• 24-bit true color video card
• Windows 98 or newer
• Pentium or AMD Athlon K6 266 MHz processor or faster
• 128 MB RAM

Macintosh System Requirements

• DSL, Cable, or faster Internet connection
• 250Kbps or more of dedicated bandwidth per connection on program day
• Internet Explorer 5.0 or newer Web Browser
• Real Player 8
• Thousands of colors
• Mac OS 9 or later
• PowerPC G3 233MHz processor or faster
• 128 MB RAM
• 10 MB of free hard disk space

Bandwidth Requirements on Program Day

Too many connections from the same office (DSL/Cable: 2-3 users, T-1: 4-5 users, T2: up to 18 users) may consume all available bandwidth and degrade video quality. Check with your network administrator.

Networks utilizing a PacketShaper or similar packet prioritization appliance should consult their network administrator about prioritizing the webcast feed. Webcasts are streamed from RTSP port 554 and HTTP 80.
